These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getvanta.store (the "Site") and any purchase from Vanta Supplements ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. PRODUCTS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site and on our labels have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on this Site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Individual results may vary. Our products contain shellfish (oyster). Read the full label before use.

3. ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at any time, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of purchase. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. Charges already processed are not refundable.

6. SHIPPING
Orders ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. All requests must be sent by email to vantasupplements@gmail.com first.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including the VANTA name, logo, label designs, text, and images, belongs to Vanta Supplements and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it without authorization, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanta Supplements is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to hold harmless Vanta Supplements from any claims arising from your misuse of our products or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
