Cancellation policy
By subscribing to a VANTA product (Subscribe & Save), you enroll in automatic recurring billing. Here's how it works and how to cancel:
Recurring billing: When you choose a subscription, your payment method is charged automatically at the interval you select at checkout (e.g., every 30 days). You'll be charged the discounted subscription price for each renewal, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel.
Managing your subscription: You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel anytime. Log in to your account at getvanta.store and manage your subscription there, or email us at vantasupplements@gmail.com and we'll handle it for you.
Cancelling: You may cancel at any time — no fees, no penalties. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your next scheduled renewal date. If an order has already been processed, that order will still ship, but all future renewals will stop.
Refunds: Subscription orders are covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy). If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, email us and we'll make it right.
